Once you have added your information, all the usual business details plus your goals, competitors, target audience, and more, the system will give you a huge amount of assistance in how to proceed to get leads.

Initially there is a fair bit of work for you to do here but it's a really important foundation and once completed will drive sales.

This system is worth the monthly cost alone and will give you some amazing insights that would simply be impossible without this kind of help. You will be able to compete with companies that have their own marketing departments!

Our website design and development team will create a website based on your business requirements. Whether it's a business information site designed to sell/promote your services/products, an ecommerce site selling products, or a membership site selling a community, we will create what your business needs. The cost of this is included in your monthly fee.

Once you become a member you will be given an onboarding questionnaire to complete. We will then work with you to create a website deign draft. We can go through several iterations until we get the design to your liking. One done we will get your new website onto our development environment so you can start entering your content. Once you are happy your site is ready, we will then put the site online live.

You will need to setup a free Gmail account for your business which we can then use for analytics and search console, two free Google tools that will enhance your websites performance understanding. The email address you choose if not relevant as it's unlikely you'll be using it so don't sweat about this.

An email address using your own domain name is really important for credibility and security. 

We will guide you regarding your new email address and assist in the setup. We recommend Microsoft 365 Basic. We will help you set this up with your domain name DNS settings. The cost is included in your monthly fee.

If you want to add the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) for use on your devices (online Apps are included in Basic) then this is an extra £117.60 +VAT per year.

If you prefer a different email supplier such as Google Workspace (was called Google Suite)  we will again assist with the setup.

Don't worry about having to take calls while your trying to earn money. We will help you setup your telephone answering service and virtual office so you never miss a call and your prospects and clients get a professional personalise service.

Clearly this is a big subject and critical for getting your new business noticed.

We will offer on-going guidance/consultancy from a dedicated expert. We can advise which channels will work best for your business type, and help setup your accounts if you need us to. Once setup we will audit these to make sure they are as effective as possible and reflect your business in a positive light. 

You will need to create content but our sales and marketing system will advice you on what's needed so you focus your efforts on content that will give you a return on your time.

Initially it's unlikely you'll need these services, but we are there to protect your business from adverse publicity and offer media training so you can maximise any media exposure to build new opportunities.
