What are you signing up for?

  1. We ask for a minimum term of agreement of 12 months. We would hope as your business grows the support we offer will become even more valuable.
  2. New Business Clients must be 18+ years old.
  3. New Business projects must be UK resident.
  4. Service is provided by affiliates of Burlington-Academy only.
  5. New Business projects must be owned solely by client.
  6. All new business projects must have realistic commercial viability.
  7. Burlington Academy cannot guarantee commercial success of client's project.
  8. Clients must comply with all ID & Money Laundering requirements.
  9. Payment of Fees are via Stripe/Credit Card.
  10. Monthly Fees are paid each month on the anniversary of your sign up date. These are charged to the credit card you signed up with.
  11. Failure to pay monthly fee will result in immediate withdrawal of support services.
  12. In the event of withdrawal of support services, no refund of monies will be given.
